RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Custom orders are non refundable.

Should you are unsatisfied by your product, please email me all the details within 3 days of product delivery so we can discuss about the modality of return/exchange. If the timeframe expires on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

You will be required to send back the product unworn, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and a refund (product - $10 flat rate) will be made within max 30 days from the day of the right of retract has been exercised or a new product will be shipped within 3 days of order receipt. Please note, return shipping are at your own cost and they will not be refunded.
